I had to remove BootCamp from my MacBook Pro today. Windows XP was blue-screeing on every boot, with no user interaction. This was a near clean Windows XP SP 2 install with only Windows Live OneCare, Microsoft Defender, Windows Live Messenger, Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 and nothing else.
Not sure what was causing the blue-screen, but since BootCamp is still in beta I thought I would just uninstall it for now and wait for a newer version to be released. If I have time, I will try re-installing it again, but I don't see this happening for at least 2 months.
I will also give Parallels Workstation a try once they are out their beta cycle as well.
