Bold claim, I know, but it is a interesting list nonetheless, and provides great food for thought.
For me, I don't need to worry, I always tell my daughter (a vegetarian since the day she could distinguish animals from vegetables), that I am also a vegetarian of sorts. You see, I eat things that eat vegetables ;-)
All joking aside, and onto more practical matters, cycling season is nearly upon us, and unfortunately for me, I have taken to the Jan Ullrich winter diet program.
